Communitas is an adult care agency that provides 24 hour Assisted Living and Group Home support for adults with developmental disabilities in Kitsap County. We provide care services primarily in Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, and Port Orchard. We do everything in our power to ensure that your loved ones are cared for and kept safe.
