Communitas is a nonprofit that provides Direct Support Professional assistance in Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, and Port Orchard for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

SAD is a form of depression that takes place during the changes of the seasons.  People may feel “down” when the days get shorter in the fall and winter.  These same people typically feel better in the spring with the longer daytime hours.
